For workers
What is a TrustID?
It is your portable, verified record of construction credentials. You add your tickets once, we verify them with the issuers, and you can prove you are Site-ready to any employer in seconds.
Who owns my information?
You do. Your record is yours to carry between employers and projects. You choose what to share, and an employer only sees the verified status you have agreed to share, nothing more.
What do the status words mean?
A credential reads as Verified, Checking, or Expired. Overall you are either Site-ready or Not site-ready. The words are plain on purpose, so there is no guesswork on site. See how verification works.
What happens when a ticket is about to Expire?
We flag it early with an expiry alert so you can renew before the date passes and stay Site-ready. Once you renew and it is Authority-verified, your status updates on its own.
For employers
How do I know a credential is real?
Every credential is checked back to its source and, where possible, confirmed with the issuing authority. A Verified status on TrustID means the record has been Authority-verified, not just uploaded.
Can I check a whole crew at once?
Yes. Bulk crew verification and the compliance dashboard show who is Site-ready, whose tickets are expiring, and who needs attention, on one screen and updated live.
Is this WorkSafeBC approved?
TrustID is WorkSafeBC-aligned. We build to the standards employers are held to and let you export an audit-ready snapshot backed by an append-only record. We do not claim to be an approval body.
Do I see everything about a worker?
No. You see the verified status the worker has consented to share. Their personal details stay private. The record is built to respect consent at every step.
