Scan the QR
Point your phone camera at the QR on the worker’s TrustID card. The verify page shows photo, first name and last initial, trade, credential names with status, SAL, and a Site-ready or Not site-ready chip.

Enter the code
No scanner handy? TrustID codes look like OSS-W-XXXXXX. Enter one at onsitesafety.ca/certificate-verification/ to open the same verify view.

Ask for a live view
Workers can pull up their live TrustID from their phone in the resume dashboard. Same information, same status words, same audit trail.
The gate
Security is the product.
Every verify pass is rate limited and written to an append-only audit. Card faces only show status words, Verified, Checking, Expired, or Site-ready. Numbers, expiry dates, and certificate provenance require a PIN unlock with the worker present. No open lookup, no enumeration, Canadian data residency. When a credential is marked Verified, the checking behind it will be on the record.
