Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use very few of them, and we tell you plainly which ones do what. You stay in control of the optional ones.

Plain-language draft, pending final legal review. This is not the final cookie agreement.

Essential cookies

These keep TrustID working. They remember that you are signed in, keep your session secure, and protect against fraud and abuse. Because the site cannot run without them, they are always on, and they do not track you across other websites.

  • Session. Keeps you signed in as you move between pages.
  • Security. Helps verify requests are genuine and blocks abuse.
  • Preferences. Remembers basic choices like your language.

Analytics cookies

These are optional. With your consent, they help us understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck, so we can improve TrustID. We use them in aggregate to count and learn, never to build a profile of you, and you can say no without losing any feature.

  • Off by default until you agree.
  • Used in aggregate, not to identify you personally.
  • You can change your mind at any time.

Managing your choices

You can accept or decline optional cookies when you first visit, and change that decision later from your settings. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies, though turning off essential ones may stop parts of TrustID from working.
