OnSiteSafety™ TrustID · For employers
Gate site entry by verified status.
Only Site-ready workers should cross the line. TrustID checks each worker’s status at the gate and gives the gatekeeper a clear yes or no, so an unverified worker never starts a shift they are not Site-ready for.
How the gate works
1. Scan
The worker shows one TrustID QR. The gatekeeper scans it with a phone or a fixed reader at the entry point.
2. Decide
TrustID returns Site-ready or Not site-ready in plain words. A green status lets the worker in. A held status stops entry until it clears.
3. Record
Each entry check is written to an append-only audit, so you have a WorkSafeBC-aligned record of who was granted access and when.
Fits the way your site already runs
- Phone-first. A supervisor with a phone is a working gate on day one, no hardware needed.
- Turnstile-ready. Where you run fixed entry hardware, TrustID can feed a Site-ready signal to the gate.
- Clear for everyone. Status words are Verified, Checking, and Expired, never codes the crew has to memorize.
- No surprise stops. Expiring tickets are flagged ahead of time, so workers fix them before they reach the gate.
Put a verified gate on your site.
