Your account details (your name and email) and any safety records or documents you choose to add.
Why we use it
Only to build your TrustID, verify your safety credentials, and show a verified profile to the employers you choose to share with.
Who we share it with
Only employers you approve. We never sell your data. TrustID is a verification and talent service, not a credit, criminal, or background check.
Your rights
- View, correct, or export your information at any time.
- Delete your information at any time.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
Where it lives
Stored in Canada, encrypted, and every access is logged.
How long we keep it
Only while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
