OnSiteSafety™ TrustID
We build the trust layer for B.C. construction
OnSiteSafety™ exists to create, hold, and prove the credentials of the people who build British Columbia. A worker’s training and tickets should travel with them, stay current, and be trusted the moment a site looks. That is the trust layer, and we are building it so verification is simple, portable, and safe.
Why we exist
For too long a worker’s record has lived as a stack of paper tickets, photos in a phone, and PDFs aging in an inbox. A supervisor at the gate has no quick way to tell what is current and what is real, so the same worker proves themselves over and over, and good people lose hours to paperwork. We started OnSiteSafety™ because a workforce this skilled deserves a record that proves itself once and holds.
Create, hold, and prove
Create
A worker builds one TrustID passport that gathers their tickets, training, and site history in a single verified record they own.
Hold
The record of record lives in our secure trust core with Canadian data residency, not scattered across inboxes or open on the web.
Prove
At the gate a site sees a clear status in plain words, Verified, Checking, or Expired, WorkSafeBC-aligned, with no open lookup of personal records.
The incumbents leaked
The systems that came before us treated worker records as data to be copied, pooled, and looked up. That design leaks. Personal records ended up in spreadsheets, open directories, and lookups that anyone could run. We took the opposite path. A TrustID is verified through a two-way handshake between the worker, the authority, and the site, so a status can be proven without exposing the person behind it.
The gate
Security is the product
We do not bolt security on at the end. It is the thing we sell. Worker records sit in a hardened trust core, verification never opens a person’s file to the public, and we mirror only what a site needs to act. When the way you prove something is also the way you protect someone, trust stops being a promise and becomes the design.
Help us build the trust layer
