Build the trust layer with us
We are a small team building the verification and talent trust layer for B.C. construction. The work is real, the stakes are people’s livelihoods, and the bar is high. If you want to build something workers trust and sites depend on, we would like to meet you.
What we are building
A worker’s tickets, training, and site history should travel with them, stay current, and prove themselves the moment a site looks. We are building the passport, the verification handshake, and the secure trust core that make that real. It is infrastructure for an industry that runs on trust, and it has to be right.
How we work
Workers first
Every decision starts with the person carrying the tickets. They own their record, and we protect it like it is our own.
Security as the product
We treat protecting people’s records as the work itself, not an afterthought. Plain words, no leaks, no open lookups.
Plain and honest
We say what is true in language a supervisor at the gate can act on. Verified, Checking, Expired. No jargon, no overclaiming.
Roles we are thinking about
We are not always hiring for every seat, and we would rather meet good people early than rush a role. The list below is where we expect to grow. If one fits, reach out, even if you do not see a formal posting.
- Full-stack engineer, building the passport and verification experience.
